Yeah personally I do not think they will have to worry about getting them put back on! This is equivalent to putting you back in prison for absolutely no reason years after you were released... Good for them!

The use of GPS monitoring is nothing short of additional, non-judicial appointed punishment. I had mine put on after returning from a "vacation" in Virginia...where my offense took place in 1999...in my home and not at some child care center. I spent 4 months there for a 'terrible' violation of probation...returning a good morning salutation to my neighbor's son on a public sidewalk in broad daylight in our neighborhood while I was on crutches recovering from a stay in the hospital. Neither the boy or his parents had any problem with my returned greeting and said so in writing. Florida saw the chance, though, of getting $360 a month from me for GPS monitoring and of course took it. I call it "legalized theft". I have no need nor desire to be at a school, child care center, park, playground, etc as my children are all grown. The victim, my daughter, and I made up years ago. My monitoring keeps me from swimming, surf fishing, scuba diving...I have been certified since 1975...,and early morning runs...over 14,500 miles in my logbook. My situation and the situation of thousands of others is nothing more than 'bureaucracy gone wild!' People making laws in a total void of knowledge of the subject. May more judges start to wake up.
