Praying for you and your family no one should ever have to go through this we are all human and I feel your pain for sex offenders most are not charged with violent crimes and people don’t know their story they are the only ones who do their time and yet once they get out are labeled and go through even more pain I am so sorry for the loss of your brother my heart is breaking for you and your family and you are all in my prayers I am glad your mom is standing up against the prison maybe it will shed light on how dangerous it is to be labeling people like this and eventually laws will have to change may god keep you all strong

Just a reminder folks, since the first prison ever to come about say 1500s-1600s sex offenders have been brutalized, murdered, prisoners, guards, COs and the like
have been brutalizing sex offenders for some where around 450-550 years. Stories about brutalized,murdered Sex offenders have been written about and published for just as long, brutalized, murdered Sex offenders not incarcerated have the same stories for just as long and nothing is gonna change that ever.

I agree with 150%, But what hurts the “Cause”, is. If she does win, And I hope she does !!. Whatever money she wins just comes from THE TAX PAYERS !!. It won’t “Hurt” anyone involved unless she can somehow get a Judge to CRIMINALLY CHARGE anyone involved in this tragedy. Yes, ANY win against anyone that harms or causes harm to another human is good, But until we can get the courts to start holding “Public Safety” employees ‘PERSONALLY RESPONSIBLE”, Things are NOT going to change !!!.

I hope this mother wins and cleans out every pocket possible. The brutality sex offender inmates are exposed to in prison is not a hidden secret. It has been clearly known for many years. In fact, I’d say that these assaults and deaths are exactly what the warden hopes will happen. It’s what the police, district attorneys, judges, and the public as a whole hopes happens to these individuals in prison. As far as the public is concerned if a sex offender is murdered or beaten so severely that he or she is rendered a vegetable for life, they consider it just one less piece of scum to worry with. The sex offender is dehumanized at every turn by almost everyone. I hope she leaves every soul responsible without so much as a pot to piss in.
