Well the lawsuit does imply credit reporting. When the 3 majors begin to report “…offender” how many lines of credit will you have then? I applied for loans from Bank of America, mid florid and suntrust and was within days coldly refused by all 3. I wanted 100k equity line on my house which is paid off, 500k, I own lots and beacon in the 800s. They have to be judging me on past “criminal” history which I believe is done as a background check. I’ve had zero problems until 3 years ago. I also have had trouble getting 3 license plates day of sale. The last purchase I was able to transfer my tag easily but prior to that the dealership couldn’t figure out why and took hours usally reukting in a temp tag (another post).

FTR, how did the same thing happen to you on E Harmony? Are you an citizen who is forced to register by court order? Or are you not required to register but were wrongfully branded a sex offender by E Harmony?
