I’m from New York State and just recently after battling a year was promoted from level2 to level1 on a modification through their board of examiners. Even though it means squat here in Florida, it’s one step closer after 20 years (1991) Light at the end of tunnel…Don’t know,Florida is like a third world country. Just got to keep the faith.

If all those who should be off the list due to not being a threat to others or having already served decades where removed a registry might have some reason to exist BUT in its present form it is simply a tool used by politicians and law enforcement to manipulate the public with fear and give the very false appearance that checking an online map with keep children safe.
