In reply to <a href="https://floridaactioncommittee.org/new-potential-scam-correctional-services-network-of-america-targeting-sex-offenders/comment-page-1/#comment-10644">Ben</a>.

I believe I traced this website down to a Bail Bondsman in Hobbs, NM. If this is in fact true, it would be highly unsettling. Please read through and try and follow along. I successfully and positively identified the people responsible behind other websites in the past so please understand i'm pretty good at this stuff.

I would like to point out that with a little digging, we can start to get a name associated with this "anonymous" shady website business.

The domain record is open, but it's showing assigned to New Mexico. This is most likely the webmaster's/website designers contact info found here which matches the name given on the bottom of the website... not sure yet.

https://who.is/whois/csna.us

I checked for matching alternative business using the same phone number listed on the website.

Virtual office address is:
5940 South Rainbow Blvd
Las Vegas, Nevada 89118

Phone number 800-883-2249 comes back mostly only to this business. However, it does make an appearance on a WHOIS record collecting website at this address:

https://www.legalcube.org/csna.us

The WHOIS record archived on that page shows and address of 420 E Main St Hobbs , New Mexico , 88240, which doesn't actually exist. Looking at the Google Maps, i do see Main Street does in fact exist, but the address numbers don't reach 420. It's a small street.

What is strange to me is the impriusa website mentioned in the current WHOIS record is:

ImpriUSA? Who is that?

http://profile.infofree.com/biz/NM/Hobbs/Impri+USA/11140001781504 (Notice the Hobbs location).

According to this website, an address listed for them which is different from the one reflected on the current WHOIS record for the domain.

https://who.is/whois/impriusa.com

Okay, so who is this?

Well, let's look further:

Impri USA located in Hobbs, NM
115 E Taylor St
Hobbs, NM 88240

Google street view that location and you start to get confused... i know i did. According to Trulia, Homes.com and other websites that is a house address. The only house in the vicinity is a Bail Bondsman place and that is on the corner. The rest of the buildings are a strip mall and various businesses. So i decided to look at the "2008" version of this location and what do I see? A house. The same business was a house. Same building. But that address is 118. Where the hell is 115? Well.. as it turns out it's the Strip mall. The B&B Bondsman place appears to have started at one part of that building and expanded over time. When the house went up for sale, they must have purchased it and moved in next door to the strip mall.

The following Search Phrase "b&b bail bonds hobbs nm" clued me into the address structure for the strip mall. It's not Suite 1, 2, 3 or Suite A, B, C like most places. In fact, each "Unit" has it's own street number. Starting from 114 and through through 117.

The results show the same business name associated with multiple addresses (the strip mall).

Given the dates of the WHOIS records and other data from various websites and the data I can gather so far, it pretty much points out to me that this directly associated with that Bails Bondsman business.

Now to find out who's behind that business. Well, someone's sued in the past, so there's a name we can glean from that.

http://caselaw.findlaw.com/nm-court-of-appeals/1288699.html

Searching the name Erasmo Valles and Linda Rice separately, i start getting a glimpse into their lives. I have found a possible connection between this Erasmo and another in San Antonio, TX being a former Petty Officer, but that might be unfounded. However, the names are connected to both San Antonio and Hobbs, NM leading me to believe this is the same person.

With enough preliminary digging it's highly likely to confirm the identities of those who are associated with the shady and potentially illegal business.

Here's a funeral page for his mom which includes the connection between the same person and the two cities.

http://www.griffinfuneralhomehobbs.com/services.asp?page=sdetail&id=33127&locid=52

I hope this information is valuable and useful.
