Let’s not forget that some people on the registry NEVER committed a sex crime. They never received a trial since their public defender would not defend them. Sure the laws may be strict in FL but what about those that live in the county in the US that has the world’s biggest payouts for wrongful convictions. You can easily prove innocence if you had the opportunity to plead your case.
