i think they should go ahead with the plan anyway and after a few years of no incidents there minds will change, but also in a few years at least someone those same people that are against it will know or be related to someone that gets put on the hit list then there mind will change. Over the past 18 years that i been on it i have noticed that the larger the hit list grows the more people that had once said hang the SO, NIMBY, etc… are now voicing opinions against it when these illegal laws hit home.
Had i known i was going to be on the hit list for life in stead of a few years then i would of went to trial instead of taking a 2 year probation deal. In realty if the state thought i was guilty of a horrible crime ad facing 15 years in prison then why would they offer me 2 years of probation. I’ll tell you why, something my high priced lawyer did not tell me when i had 3 min’s to make up my mind. I just realized this a min. ago, i viewed sentence score sheets in the past and i just realize i would of scored probation on it if i would have gone to trial and lost; my lawyer never told me that he said i was facing up to 15 years in prison. but yet my lawyer most likely sold me made a deal with them me for some lighter stuff on someone else. as lawyer did not get the records from my open lewdness case from another state where i shot the moon when i was 18 thus the state seen that and thought where there is smoke there is fire.
