So when the writer says “CSL offenders are being placed into a prison, without violating any conditions, and without anyone to help them.”, does that mean ALL CSL offenders are being torn from their homes and placed in Bo Robinson?

In reply to Tim Davich. Yes Tim, Sometimes it depends where your at. Here in Georgia it really depends what county you live in. Here in Decalb county parole and probation try not to violate you on a tech. Unless its something very serious ( new charge) otherwise several warnings first then if the problem continues earler curfew.

After reading this I thought I was reading about a MN case, we have what is called “conditional release “ this as well starts after an offender ends there court ordered sentence. It to is like parole as the conditions are the same, and if you are a level 3 offender then your conditions do not change from when you were on parole and now completely done with your sentence. And like CSL if you don’t follow the conditions then an arrest warrant is issued and and you go to jail, then in 14 days are seen by the DOC parole board representative who decide if you go back to prison or released. Interestingly on our law they can send you back to prison for life if you have lifetime conditional release.
