We have a NEW MATCHING DONOR! If you didn’t see the email.

Every dollar you contribute to FAC’s Non-Registrant Collateral Consequences Challenge, between now and September 30, will be MATCHED DOLLAR FOR DOLLAR.

And the amount of the matching pledge is $5,727.50. Why is that? Because, with matching, that’s ALL WE NEED for the lawyers to get the process started. If you look at the thermometer on the webpage.

If you have the means, or think you will by Sept 30, chip in a bit and LET’S GET THIS THING STARTED! You’re nuts if you don’t!

FAC, do you think someone would be able to insert on the website, beneath the NRCC Challenge thermometer, a note about this, both as a reminder and also in case there are new families affected by the registry who find FAC’s site.

This is not exactly on topic. But watching the news on Epstein, the Massachusetts institute of Technology is being highly criticized for accepting money from Epstein because he was a sex offender. Has it now gotten to the point that if you are on the registry your money is no longer any good and should be rejected by any you offer it to. It won’t be long you won’t be able to use your money if you’re on the registry. In stead of getting better it gets worse with every bit of news. It’s already to a point you can’t live in a house, you can’t have a job, you can’t take your kids to school, you can’t go out of the country, or on vacation, you can’t vote, your friends or relatives can’t park there car at your residence, etc. Now if anyone accepts your money they will be ostracized by society and marked for discrimination, along with your family and relatives and friends.

The registered person SHOULD sue due to not only the damages to his property but the fear and emotional trauma such actions have put his kids through. Isn’t the protection of the children what all the politicians use as their excuse of the registry in the first place? Throw it back in their faces with a lawsuit for shit like this.

So someone will have the job of entering the new address for this family and posting it on the internet, knowing that this action puts these children in danger. Once these children reach the age of 18, they have the right to sue the state for placing them in danger. The vandalism is designed to cause trauma to children. In this country, there is no registry for men who beat children.

Well, I know you know this but they are obviously not "good people". Today, there are literally zero moral, informed Americans who think Registries are acceptable. Zippo. There are no decent people left who think Registries are okay, unless they are just completely clueless and lost. And some are.

I find that useful to keep in mind while living listed on the hit list. No decent person is ever going to attack you. Anyone who does is a piece of sh*t who deserves no concern or consideration. They are just common criminals. For a long time I've found it completely trivial to treat such "people" as the real no-account nothings that they are. They might as well not even exist.

If anyone were harassing me like this, I expect I'd have them caught within a few weeks. One way or another.

Reality: The $EX Offender Registries are nothing but a giant pile of excrement. They are clearly not needed or beneficial. That is trivial to prove. There is nothing legitimate about them. They are nothing but harassment by out-of-control Nanny Big Government and the emperor never had any clothes. They are all liars.

This is how the registry destroys families. When the "good people" of the community realize there is a "sex offender" in their midst AND there are children in the house, they either report the registrant for sexual abuse or vandalize the residence. Many of us choose to live apart from our children/grandchildren to prevent this kind of $hit from happening. Never forget the goal of government is to have everyone in a criminal database and take away their children.
