If the prisons don’t have to release the inmates that have done their time they continue to get paid for housing/feeding them etc… Look for these restrictions to start happening in every city where there are for profit prisons

This is the situation I’m in now and it sucks. Doesn’t help matters that our sheriff wants to run us out of town too. We can’t evacuate during hurricane season either.
