These are nothing more than torture centers with no motivatives to see anyone “cured” since most are not even there for “crimes” but just getting caught in the system.

This is the sort of places horror movies are made about and they must be stopped just as the entire clusterf^ck of the registry needs to be stopped!

If correction takes away money, then correction is not the goal. Any such program that is ‘for profit’ opens up the system to corruption and it surely has found its way into Florida.
