You are responsible for your own safety and for that of your family. Do not think that law enforcement is your friend or that they will protect you or even do the right thing when someone attacks you. Be prepared and be ready to do whatever it takes to survive and keep your family safe, you can worry about the courts later if you survive.

Those in power who strip away the constitutional rights of its citizens without due process should not feel safer than any of us do.

Perhaps one day justice will prevail and the continued punishment of those who have paid their debt will be no more. Until that time comes, be vigilant and be ready.

Remember, law enforcement is not your friend.

DUI’s in Florida alone last yr was almost 62,000. 66.7% is the re offense rate, . Drug offense re-offense rate is 83%. Murder ?? And yet we are the only ones with a registry????? REALLY?

I am a musician, ( unlike a rap artist ), When SORNA was implemented and word got out that I was an ex sex offender, I had a drive by shooting at my house and one of the bullets missed my head by 3 ft. then about a month later I was playing a gig, when this guy came on stage and destroyed my equipment including several guitars. Police report was filed for the shooting, but the cop asked me for my license and saw the fs# on it and said nothing can be done, then left and I have heard nothing for 9 yrs. The other was in an adult night club, the police asked the guy why he did it he said ” because he’s a sex offender”. that report was never filed, and when they took the guy outside, they let him go. Then I was fired from the gig, word got around and no one would hire me. So yes, I hope this does bring attention to the punitive effect of the registry. Vigilanties are just waiting to strike at us because of the registry, the proof is what happened to this poor guy, what happened to me and I’m positive it has happened to countless others. This has got to stop before one or more of us have had enough and nothing to lose. ” CRY HAVOC AND LET SLIP THE DOGS OF WAR”.

The worst part of this is that the vast majority will consider this a “misdemeanor murder” or will celebrate that a “dangerous sexual predator” has been “dealt with”.

Recidivism rate for violent crime at 71.9 % while recidivism rate for sex offenders is 5.3 %. None of this makes sense…except to those who make a living by ‘creating criminals who need to be watched and that need can be sold to a paranoid bureaucracy and coolaid drinking public’.

ok as disturbing as it is what the hell good will it do to put up a registry
for violent crime offenders. we all know that registries only scaring and intimidate neighbors what is this going to do?.it will just become the same thing as the sex offender registry. this is just another false hope of protecting the community. and where will this money come from for this program. is there no hope for America. as a rso I have lost hope
my offense happened in 1998 1count charged in 2005 off of probation
in 2016 10years and 5mo. free from the state of florida and not.

according to google search of repeat murderer’s he is far from the only one. yet they can live where ever and no one knows cause there is no murder registry for the safety of the public, same can be said for impaired driving
