					<description><![CDATA[Now this is something that could help those of us in FL is seems....we have a multitude of towns and counties that that have their own ordinances that contradict the FL  law.  In Seminole County for instance the living restrictions can be different from town to town in the same county!  It is insane.  In Seminole County, a trail is a linear park (to add to the park restriction) but the actual FL law does not restrict an RSO going to a park as long as they have a purpose there.
