Not asking FAC to answer this, but it would not surprise me if some of the PFRs who filed declarations for the lawsuit were specifically targeted by FDLE/Sheriff Staley.

I warned everyone in a couple previous posts that the wolves would come out after the lawsuit. My best advice to everyone is to cross your T’s and dot your I’s right now. If you make any changes on the website portal, SCREENSHOT everything! Like the old adage goes “cover your ass.”

When my case adjourned in 1997 there were only 3 requirements for registrants. Today, there are now over 60 at the state level and many more across different counties. Applying all of these rules against me and my family almost 30 years after my case was closed is UNCONSTITUTIONAL!!!! I did not violate my probation or break any laws since. LEAVE ME AND MY FAMILY ALONE!!!!

Staley, et al, refers to PFR’s as ‘perverts’ and other derogatory terms anytime he talks about us. It’s clear he’ll look for any excuse at all to make an arrest.

This may well be FDLE retaliation with a lame Sheriff who is more than willing to go along with it and fight it, as it was his county that was mentioned on the radio the other day and was going to seek a dismissal of the lawsuit. The timing couldn’t be more perfect and the walking like a flying fowl while talking like a flying fowl seems to be spot on. Maybe he picked the easiest county to seek targets in for this op, but I have to wonder how many in his office or the Sheriff’s office are offenders who have yet to be caught and embarrass them as of today…you know, those in positions of trust.

This is a reminder to:

1. if you create an internet Identifier that is reportable report it right away, don’t wait.
2. Also, it is good practice to do random checks on the FDLE site to make sure your identifiers “did not go missing”. (every two weeks)
3. Another good practice is, don’t have social media. I have 0. None. No Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, X formerly named twitter, etc. etc. Also, don’t use Gmail, it auto sets you up for other stuff you may not even know about.
4. If you play a game online make sure you report your screen name. Immediately after you create it.
5. If there are vehicles at your house that are not in your name. Make sure you check the plate number. Both of mine are in my wife’s name. Renewal is coming up. Ask the questions, “hey did we get a new plate number.”
6. If you have family visiting, make sure their car is gone in five days, or you have to report it. (I am assuming this is like temporary residence where the first day does not count, FAC? )
7. Lastly, keep your digital footprint small. 1 email, 1 phone, unless you work then make sure you report your work email and your work phone.
8. Finally, if you go to a pool, or gym with a pool, put those ear buds in turn up the volume and do not talk to anyone unless they got grey hair.
9. Finally, really this time, if you go to a fast-food restaurant through the drive through, skip the ones with a playground inside or out, because you never know how old the workers are.
