A quote from Men in Black
Edwards: Why the big secret? People are smart. They can handle it.
Kay: A person is smart. People are dumb, panicky dangerous animals and you know it.

Until you have convinced the majority of the panicky dangerous animals who mainly react based on emotions that SORNA is not based in fact and provides no benefits other than the wasting of millions, if not billions, of tax dollars, things will not change and State legislatures will continue to pass laws that are not based on research but rather for their own continued re-elections.

Just as we have now with those who speak to the reality of those who have sex convictions not needing to be feared, there was then in the post-PH attack timeline those who did not find the fear of the Japanese-American citizen being warranted. This was documented and sent up the chain of command to voice opposition to any action against these American citizens...the same citizens who wanted to fight for the country they were citizens of regardless what it did to them (and were the most decorated unit in the ETO) to prove their allegiance to this nation.

There was, however, those who politically generated the fear of those citizens to which POTUS at the time listened to and then issued the EO to which they were sadly and wrongly interned across the nation (as far east as Arkansas). Did we see this same action with the other ethnic groups then who were in the Axis? No, it was not seen.

Do we see this same politically generated fear today? Yes, in more ways than one across our nation, and have as long as this nation has been a founded country, from all political points of the compass, sadly.

I long for the day when the courts and legal system pull their heads out of the sand (or arses if you prefer) and do what they truly need to do for all peoples in a major course correction. Stop the exceptions, the tests, the work arounds of the law put into place by the courts that do nothing but circumvent the US Constitution and allow those things that are in direct contradiction of it.

This is what the defense was arguing in State v. Torsilieri it was a legislative issue. They keep trying to make it seem like the issue was legal since it was a legislative matter not a constitutional matter like what is the difference.
If I don’t like a particular sub class of people I can just pass laws to subservient them. Then it’s a legislative matter not a constitutional one wtf. Again they had laws on the books to prevent people from going down that path but the courts looked the other way in Session V. State Supreme Court of Georgia challenging Georgia Constitution's Social Status Provision. But they said no we can still do it.

All citizens are equal but some citizens are more equal than others.
