It should be illegal for any government to use Facebook since they try to keep some U.S. citizens from interacting with government by that method. So it should be illegal.

FAC a better name for this petition would be something like Second Chance, Preserve lives not Bigotry. The title of this petition automatically turns people off and they read no further.as does the term sex offender. The only way we can change that is by getting them to consider the facts first before they are aware of the misleading term that has been labeled on them.

The law states that it wants “Users” of websites to be liable for both Civil and Criminal Misuse of their website.

For every single “Undercover” Internet Operation that was initiated by Law Enforcement does that not mean because THEY misused the website to start a criminal conversation with whomever (As recent as Operation Paladin Shield in Fort Walton) Every single one of these has been initiated by a LEO and most if not all involved the Criminal Alachua County Detectives.

Does that mean that those convicted or charged of this can use this federal law as a basis that the Law Retroactively broke the law???

You are entirely right Will, When I was first being accused I told the complete truth . That was my biggest mistake, for one they are going to automatically assume you’re lying unless it’s something they can pin on you. If they can’t find anything to pin on you they’ll make up something. So 1 you loose 2 you loose.
