Yes the article is a different take because in this situation the person not on the registry was forced to leave before giving birth since sex offenders apparently resided nearby. Big fan of your work by the way.

That makes absolutely no sense at all. If there are no registered persons there right now, then what is the issue? And even if there were, I think it would be better to leave it up to the couple whether or not they wanted to continue living there.
