In reply to Jacob. Jacob you are correct it was a Jury decision that's why i called it a Mob Verdict. A few of the Jurors that were interviewed after the trial said they feared for their life and the lives of their loved ones if they found him not guilty, if a judge made the decision he or she would not feel the same pressure and we would have actually found the correct verdict based on the evidence. They are already talking about a dismissal on appeal because of the pressure to find him guilty from all walks of life. i don't know if he was guilty or not but i also know the way the trial was handled was horrible the jury should have been sequestered. Now he may get off because of the way some politicians/celebrities acted. I just want to see honest justice done one way or another

I think it would be better to focus on ‘Removal of Qualified Immunity Status for LEO’s’, than get caught up in the Politics, per se!

Right now, in the US Congress, they are dealing with this: one of the FEW GOOD THINGS THEY ARE WORKING ON…

With the Removal of Qualified Immunity Status, it WILL directly SHIFT how Police do their JOB!-it will ultimately FORCE THE TRUTH….
…Perhaps The Gready Grady Judd’s, the Nocco’s and other Spine-less FLori-DUH Sheriffs WILL seek early retirement! That would be most beneficial!

I am saddened to see FAC chime in on what was obviously a mob verdict. I am by no means a fan of the police but if you followed the trial there was so much evidence showing that the officer in question couldn’t have killed anyone by leaning on their neck there had to be other factors(drugs/bad health etc…) this was a political conviction plain and simple and only had to do with race if you believe what the politically biased news/internet organizations tell you. I live in the real world with all colors and i have seen the police treat people of all colors including white the same way. Look up the case of Tony Timpa a White man killed in the same way George Floyd was nothing on the news no comments from celebrities no comments from the president and all the officers(5) involved all had their case thrown out for excessive force. That is because the victim was white and there is no money or political advancement in bringing to light cases that involve white/hispanic/asian people that die the same way black people do . I wish FAC would not get political in their opinions especially when they are wrong. I thought FAC was set up to help those of us on the Registry and nothing else. If anything i think FAC would be angry that the mob was allowed to bring a conviction so quickly(which will be overturned on appeal) What happens if one if us is the next Cauvin? we already know the mob hates us what happens when they apply pressure into forcing mre laws on us and harsher sentences? you think the justice system won’t fold to them as quickly as they did in this case?
