May think across the country specially in florida that we should as offenders not have lives, should not work, should somehow pay when we have nothing, and definitely not have children. I have three children myself. Never hurt or touch a child or even traveled to do so. A picture over a messenger did it to me and on my phone. Not my image but no minor even involved police sting. A then friend sent it. The IP and all doomed me from my phone to a police identifying on KIK messenger. Yeah fun times for original offense.

Then under the same thinking:
No one convicted of drunk driving should be allowed to operate any motor vehicle…..PERIOD
No one convicted of domestic violence should be allowed to date or marry……PERIOD
No one convicted of selling fentanyl, heroin, etc. should be allowed to have ANY human interaction, including but not limited to immediate family……PERIOD
No one convicted of breaking-and-entering should be allowed to reside anywhere near any structure of human habitation, warehousing, or storage, or possess ANY tools that could facilitate further criminal activity……PERIOD
If this kind of legislation is meant to be preventive, it should be applied across the board to ALL criminals-NOT just one group, or are you just focused on one group while turning a blind-eye to all the others?
Remember, what you focus on also determines what you miss!
1 out of 3 adult americans have a criminal record!!
How many of those with a criminal record live around you, and may even be related to you, or are you impartial and only care about registrants like so many others, and only care about the laws concerning them while other types of crime ruin the city you live in and encroach closer to your neighborhood and may be even living right next door to you?

So, along this line of thinking, a man who is convicted of domestic violence, should be forbidden to have a girlfriend, or marry a woman.
Someone who has been convicted of drunk driving , should be forbidden to drive a motor vehicle.
Someone who has been convicted of selling fentanyl, heroin, etc. should be forbidden to have any human interaction.
Why aren’t these laws in place as well using this type of reasoning?
