In reply to JR. Correct - per Attorney Patrick Leduc, who is representing the plaintiffs, the hearing was pushed back. He does have depositions scheduled today in this case, so it is still moving forward.

I learned today that the court date/trial that was scheduled fire tomorrow June 1 has been postponed until October. Should make for an interesting fall with this lawsuit and the wonderful new restrictions some guy named Rick Scott signed into law this year!

This session was cancelled. I hit the notice the other day. No reason given. I may just go to make sure they don’t skip something in about it at the regular meeting that begins at 10am…
