Whomever represents OffenderWatch in Tally, seems we ought to be keeping tabs on them and monitoring their statements. But I don’t know much about state lobbying or how you typically go about identifying this information.

OffenderWatch is the registry database provider for I don’t know how many Florida counties. One way they market themselves is by promoting awards to sheriff employees that use their product to monitor registrants.

Most of them are demoralized and afraid. There are very few of us with Irish blood who will happily rush into battle knowing we will die or worse based solely on principle.

This is why the control freaks use us, they know we are the most vulnerable of society.

This is just the classic greedy control freak methodology of “It’s for the kids” so everyone will shut up and blindly give them power and money. Using unconstitutional laws based off of isolated incidences such as Megan. They feed off of the evil of a few bad apples in order to profit and satisfy their need to control others and feel powerful.

The canary in the coal mine is exactly right, Hitler registered and arrested effeminate homosexuals first because he knew no one cared about them and he could get his foot in the door that way.

Thank You for your concern and help. In answer to your question about why registered persons don’t do more publicly. Our faces are plastered all over the internet along with our home addresses and all kinds of personal information much of which is wrongly misconstrued and exaggerated . Plus the public has a warped view of who we are. This puts us and all we are trying to protect in grave danger. All anyone needs to do is see our face in a public setting speaking out against the registry and immediately they will not listen to anything we say or do but will turn to condemning us and our protests as proof of there image of how warped we are. Is it worth it to cause such pain to our families and friends?

it question was why am i being forces to provide an itenerary for DOMESTIC travel. this is something new thats just happened at the vcso. i travel to ny every week or two. never had this before. now they tell me its the fdle cracking down but not telling me on what.

Detroit you nailed it! I left and went out of country for exactly that reason. I am not afraid to stand and fight the evil, and I fought it for many years. I refuse to be a martyr for over one million other people that wont even stand up for themselves. The reason they are abused is because they are easy targets to be abused.. Every excuse in the book to not stand up for themselves. Always putting faith in someone else to do something or some corrupt politician , dirty lawyer, or crooked judge to get a temporary case of honesty. Then they whine when it doesnt happen.. If they only stood up and said enough it would be over. But have fun with that happening.

What does it matter HOW the international traveler gets to NY for his international flight, I think was the question that prompted this. I can’t tell whether the registration office read that into the statute, or they’re just being nosy.
