That is correct. The FBI goes to foreign countries “teaching” police how to “catch” pedophiles. Romania was easily persuaded, like Poland, because they are both pro-USA since the USA is now protects them from Russia.
Sex offender registries are the first step in genocide. Once a registry is established it then becomes public, as in the UK, then any adult who has been snared by the law becomes target to street thugs. For example — 3 thugs in their early 20’s, at the prime of physical condition, will target a lone, middle-aged or elderly man to make themselves heroes.
But, in fact, there has already been a de facto world-wide registry for several years in the apps on Google and Apple, available on smartphone, with photos of so-called sex offenders from countries like the USA that make them public. The government registries are now obsolete.
So-called sex offenders, most of whom are innnocent of harm, are to blame for their situtuation by refusing to organize and fight back. At the very least they can boycott all products from countries with SO registries.
