FAC must maintain its integrity otherwise things can get really confused.

Since we have no knowledge of what a member can/will say, we prefer that any contact with the Media that represents association with FAC be filtered through our media committee.
We DO ENCOURAGE people to reach out to the media and exercise their first amendment rights. That said; we don’t want anything that could be confusingly attributed to FAC said unless its vetted.
We are not afraid to send letters to news organizations or politicians that are our official positions on specific matters.

Correct me if I am wrong here and in no way is this intended to be a negative assertion or comment.

But wouldn’t the identifying phrase be best if put in a Professional manner but still deferring to FAC?

News Channel – yes we are interested

John Doe – Ok, I must advise you that I am acting in an individual manner as a Member of A Non-Profit Advocacy Group called FAC. I would like to defer / refer you to Gail Colleta / “Other team member” who is / are the central Point of Contact regarding these matters publicly.

Mario Diaz-Balart stated that the homeless vet problem has reached “functional zero” thanks to Mr Book.
Mr Ben Carson (head of HUD) joined in the celebration with Mr Book and Mr Diaz.
Yet there are still hundreds of homeless vets still on the streets because they are sex offenders.
Mr Book and his daughter Lauren (Senator (D) head of Laurens Kids) support GEO Prison systems, where there are allegations of sexual child abuse.

I agree that the news stations should hear about the end of homelessness, A call to the homeless trust, is interesting as well. A guideline script would help me make some calls.
