Should we not have suits flying left and right ? There are so many individuals whom have had to rearrange and change thier lives due to these residency retrictions.. There are those whom have served jail time due to these ordinances and have lost home and family, Due to this ‘differentially more burdensome’ , fact ,”to find a new place to live for standing purposes.”(here in Florida)
