The decision by this court does not surprise me. The constitution is stepped on time after time. There is no respect for it.. My wife is not a sex offender, however a doctor confined her for three days in a mental detention facility for not taking a medicine that I considered dangerous. This is called Baker act. This was a violation of habeaus corpus, which is the right to be charged with a crime before detention. Whenever you let reason decide the life of a citizen, the citizen is doomed. You could see this at the us supreme court. You have so many members. Not all decisions are unanimous. Therefore something is wrong with their opinions. If there is no outside influence to a group of law scholars, they should not descend, and we would have something called constitution.

Is there a plan to take this to a state supreme court? If not, the registered citizens in Minnesota are in for a an equally rough time like us here in Florida. You NEVER let a politician or court make a final decision that could change the U.S. Constitution. You let them get away with it, and they will heap more crap on you in the future!
