Air powered rifles are legal as they are NOT firearms. There are different laws/conditions between Felons and sex-offenders. I own a crossbow w/scope, a BB gun and a .22 air rifle w/scope. ALL legal.
I agree with FAC, they (or I ) DO NOT condone violence of any type. But when we have to protect ourselves (because no one else will) we have to stick together.

As far as a felon with a firearm. Yes it is illegal to posses a firearm in Florida (and many other states)
But what trumps State law (and every other law)??
The Constitution !!
Please show me where in the second Amendment it excludes, or bars felons from owning a firearm?
It says….
“A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.”

In reply to Florida Action Committee. Just wondering, does anyone have any clue as to the % of RSO's that had adjudication Withheld and can still legally posses a fire arm?? I had a relative get mad at me a report me as an RSO in possession of a fire arm, detective never bothered to pull my record before he came out, once he showed up, i showed him my paperwork, and it was over, but said i was only the 2nd RSO he had ever encountered that still had all civil rights.
