Tired. The ballots are printed and circulated. There is no “option” available.
The Florida Constitution actually allows for the disenfranchisement of felons. That’s why they are voting on whether to amend the constitution. I’m not sure where you read otherwise.

Why can’t a “option” be added to the Amendment 4 ???? Add the option for people to VOTE on whether or not a “EX SeX OFFENDER OR MURDERER” Should be “Excluded” !! It shouldn’t be “Up to the Governor” to be able to “Exclude” a certain CLASS of People !!!. Let the “Public” deside !!. Right is RIGHT !! And Wrong is WRONG !!!!!. And limiting Someone’s choice like this is WRONG !!. The ORIGINAL Constitution didn’t say that we were allowed to DISINFRANCHISE a certain CLASS of People !! The CONSTITUTION says EVERY CITIZEN/PERSON I. THE USE IS TREATED THE SAME !! AND THE LAWS APPLY TO EVERYONE THE SAME !!!.
