You can also be a sexual predator with your first and only offense. Not all predators should be classified as such. My offense is from 1996 and remain out of prison. Funny how sex offenders do the same this as the free society does and want to pass the buck and say we are the dangerous ones. The state of new York lowered my classification after reviewing my case and my proving to them my victim lied twice. So in new your I’m a sex offender but Florida I’m a predator. It simply goes off the the Florida statue you were sentenced under. The laws twisted and so are the people who want to protect to rights of of some and not all. I am a model citizen, so stop grouping up and pointing fingers at people, when there is more to the whole story then you understand. Your are doing to me what society does to you. Makes you no better. I think the person in the story should be punished too. But do your research before condemning all others. The laws are messed up all the way around.
