					<description><![CDATA[It&#039;s great when the courts actually deliver a fair decision without bowing to outside propaganda. However, some legislatures respond by rewriting the law to get around the courts. For example, when Michigan inmates began achieving successful appeals of parole board decisions, the legislature simply wrote a new law taking away the right to appeal the decisions. Sure would be nice if the US Supreme Court would do the right thing and stop this ongoing persecution of so many people once and for all.]]></description>
