One note on SC: Some counties round up their probationers and keep them at a centralized location on Halloween. This has been in effect for the past several years.

Just a reminder, my report only covered the state level actions. There are simply too many counties and cities that have their own rules for a one-person operation to conduct. Maybe FAC could try making a list of FloriDUH restrictions by county. The state law only mentions those on paper, for now at least.

For all these news stories claiming there are “state laws,” there are few actual laws, the rest re more unwritten rules by probation/ parole offices.

I do not celebrate pagan holidays since learning the origins of the holidays. Samhain (pronounced sow-in) is an ancient Druidic precursor to Halloween, and a simple search of it would reveal that it is a night of child sacrifice – among other things of a satanic nature. If these politicians and law enforcement officers really care about the children then they should ban Halloween.

Hendry County has Operation “Safe Streets” starting 10-29-2019. A Deputy will be by to see each and every sex offender and warn them about not giving out candy, etc. This is seperate from the monthly compliance harrassment.

How is celebrating Halloween treated as a “serious offense” or a felony, when these “laws” are “regulatory”. Registrants didn’t ask for these to be decided as “regulatory”. But since they are, how is it then that the consequences for not following these supposed regulatory demands would be deemed as a “serious offense”? “Serious offense” is “an offense not classified as petty and usu. carrying at least a six-month sentence. – Also termed serious crime.”
Wouldn’t it be logical to assume these laws be treated for what they’re meant to be as “regulatory”, and not so damn serious? Regulatory/public welfare offense – “A minor offense that does not involve moral delinquency and is prohibited only to secure the effective regulation of conduct in the interest of the community. An example is DRIVING A CAR WITH ONE BRAKE-LIGHT MISSING.”
On top of this, terms as “regulatory” and “registrant” (a noun for a supposed inherently valued being), and registration seems to imply real estate, commercial banks, taxes, etc.
So, does this look like a complete sham with what’s going on and how it is being brought out? And on top of evidence provided to those who implement these laws, are they committing perjurious acts? Is this complete fraud?
Like that one headline shared here one time: This sure is one big trick of all tricks of Halloween.
