No surprise. In our particular circumstance, the Florida Legislature, has declared that not only can a court not waived inclusion on the registry, but other than the 10/25 year POSSIBLE removal (which I’m not sure has even been done yet on a 25 year registrant) the only way that you can be removed from the registry is by FULL PARDON.

As easy as it was to forfeit, then they should be restored automatically with the same ease. Regardless of the crime.

Not much more to say about governor Scott except to say that his run for senator will not be successful. So much is going on in Florida and I cannot help but feel because of that and our strong FAC our state will soon shine as an example of what has been wrong for so long with hateful, unconstitutional laws and ordinances that are hurting all of us.
