Just remember supreme court justices don’t take any lawyer’s case as being The Truth. They might be a little behind on the current research, but it’s out there and it’s out there in abundance. Supreme Court justices aren’t going to believe a 15 year old piece of research over more recent, much more accurate, widely accepted by the experts in the field body of research. the fact that that lawyer is using that old study as a part of his case says one and only one thing: He isn’t well versed on the issue so how can we take his side and/or why is this lawyer fool submitting this garbage to use? Does he think we wouldn’t notice or not take into consideration other more recent studies. Judges like to know that lawyers have a sense of the other side’s position and what outsiders would say and think and are able to think of the issue on multiple levels. They don’t liked have the fool pulled over their eyes with an old, outdated piece of nonsensical political propaganda… See? It’s GREAT they did that. makes em look really dumb.

There is a place and time for that. I simply MUST believe, however that as Supreme Court justices they will research for themselves, use their law clerks wisely and will come to the accurate information. It’s very easy to find. that old study is actually harder to find. The justices speak to one another, take months to deliberate and use that time to get educated and come to a good decision. We totally got this, ya’ll no worries on this one.
