Well if you look online nowhere is safe in Florida and that’s why they have stand your ground. Anyway getting rid of a couple offenders and their family’s isn’t gonna rid the villages of their HIV problems.

If your offense was prior to this passing will they allow those who currently reside stay and be grandfathered in? Or will they disregard and force them out?

Please oppose the new restrictions and further revisit the current ones as your information is in error as to the “alarmingly high” rate of recidivism among sex offenders. It is actually very low compared to other ex-cons and there is a great deal of actual research that proves it. For more accurate information I suggest that you contact Ms. Gail Colleta at the Florida Action Committee

They are trying to make a bunch of high end exclusive real estate investments in that area with exclusive housing communities. But I agree these restrictions are just insane. I happed tonhavensome insight into this area with the type of business I’m in.
