In reply to Bill. The Michigan opinion is not binding precedence. It is certainly influential, but Florida is not bound by a 6th Circuit Opinion. We HAVE been raising money, Bill, to file a similar challenge here. We need to raise a lot more if it's going to happen.

Using the appeals court ruling, can’t we in Florida file a class action lawsuit against the state and FDLE for piling on more restrictions and regulations. They seem to pile more on every year and my case if from 2002.
