That’s exactly right. All kinds of organizations all over Amerika are excluding PFRs because of sex. Sex is the reason. Most PFRs are not dangerous at all. In the meantime, they’ll accept people who are dangerous and who were let out of prison yesterday.

None of the Hit List harassment is for public safety, protecting children, or their other lies. The liars should be called out every time.

When my dad picked me up at the Greyhound station after I got out, he asked me “what happens to people who don’t have help when they get out?” I kinda want to forward him this story and say “this is what happens.”

The man was denied his dignity and kicked to the curb because of a 20 year old conviction, but I am willing to bet anything that the shelters had people who were recently released from prison with violent convictions. Drug dealers, arsonists, drive by shooters, armed robbers, etc. I’m not saying those kind of people shouldn’t be given shelter from the cold, but either open the doors for everyone no matter what his past is, or shut the places down.

Nobody should be forced out in extreme weather conditions based on their past. Politicians should be ashamed of themselves for treating people like crap. A society is based on how they treat everyone and we look as cold as ice, willing sacrifice on lies. Time for us to step up or we’ll pay the price.

Thank You for this story. Those responsible for the laws that caused his death have his blood on there hands and it will be there till the day they die.
I live in a city that splits two states. Neither has ever enacted laws that restrict registrants from homeless shelters or any aid or any benefits available to homeless people. They don’t even require identification it’s available no questions asked. Anything less than that is unconscionable . Sure there have been squabbles and fights
As many are dealing with mental problems. But there are many at these places that have problems much worse that being concerned wether they have ever in their life committed a sex offense.
I have never heard of any problems because there was a registered person there. Besides that they all have some type of security so even if there was someone that is a threat, they would quickly be taken care of. Not only that , Do you realize how cold it gets in Michigan? What were they thinking?

This is why I look upon humans I encounter in society with absolute disgust. Because in my mind they’re all suspectable to treat us like this man, until they prove otherwise. I learned early on in life, just how cruel and inhumane people can be, and it’s only gotten worse since being placed on a registry. There are good people in the world, but the majority aren’t!

The torture that this poor individual had to endure the last years of his life was caused by ALL who have assisted in the creation and enforcement of this unconstitutional abusive registry!

His death was infinitely worse than ANY crime he might have committed. The inhuman way he was treated like garbage is unforgivable and those who caused this poor man’s death shall burn in hell for all time.

Those who support this useless registry share responsibility in this senseless death.
