I hate to tell y’all this but just living in the US and especially Florida, makes you shackled constantly. We should all be used to it by now because no one wants to stand up to it and fight the tyranny. And it seems like nobody will.

Honestly probation is a form of incarceration. Its not to monitor how well you do. It is usually given in a plea deal and the amount is usually determined by how much prison time your not going to do. Say the prosecuting attorney wants to give you 12 years. Your attorney argues for 6 years and 5 years probation. Its a give and take process.

Being on the monitor is horrifying. It is a flawed system and the people who manufacturer them are making tons of money even though they do not work properly. I have always been appalled that FL is allowed to put monitors on some people that have only been arrested for a crime! A monitor is a type of incarceration – putting it on someone that has only been arrested is presuming guilt before quit has been proven in a court of law.
