United States is stuck in The Middle Ages; while pretending to be the freest country. Growing up my teachers would say, “ the United States needs to be more like Europe.” While my eyes rolled out of their sockets. At least Europe isn’t at War with Sex and are freer than this country.

For certain, NO one can ever be innocent it appears. At least in the U.S anyway, it states “Innocent until proven guilty”.
Having said that, we all know that doesn’t seem the case. The police, the news and the public have already drawn their own conclusion as soon as the handcuffs are locked into position. “GUILTY!, Oh he must have done something, the police don’t arrest someone until they know all the facts right?”
Who cleans up the mess when, on the rare occasion, someone does get found not guilty?

Here, authorities actively and publicly shame perpetrators and their families for many years after they’ve been rehabilitated, exploiting their past mistakes for political gain.

UK does almost nothing like that.
