But we do not do that. What we have decided to do is lump every Sex Offender together regardless of cases and just try to make damn sure they do not re-offend. But what is happening is that the Offender especially the non violent ones have their lives turned inside out so badly with no support, loss of family and friends and being turned into so called Monsters by the Media, they may turn back to crime! So therefore the entire Registration process is flawed. We need every State to have tiered Registration and maybe, just maybe Offenders can lead a normal life again. JEV
