Too bad— once Belize adopted one, they also stopped permitting travel by U.S. registrants of all backgrounds and risk levels.

Hoping they’ll at least have the sense to enact a private police registry, as other countries have recently done, rather than U.S.-style public internet registry that relies on counter-productive “community awareness.”
