Seems to me that’s proof that when they report high numbers of RSO’s in an area but no problems occurred that the majority of RSO’s lead lives without causing anybody reason to be concerned about them. Of course the media always spins this backward implying it’s a problem that doesn’t actually exist. When a story presents that anybody, RSO or not, committed a new crime it sickens me but that’s generally not what the news ever has to say.
