The story itself is 2 years old so it's a little late to comment on the story as "news" now but what always amazes me is the concern over high numbers of RSO's when the story never presents that even one of them caused a problem. Seems to me that's proof that when they report high numbers of RSO's in an area but no problems occurred that the majority of RSO's lead lives without causing anybody reason to be concerned about them. Of course the media always spins this backward implying it's a problem that doesn't actually exist. When a story presents that anybody, RSO or not, committed a new crime it sickens me but that's generally not what the news ever has to say.
