No CBP, which is a single entity of the Federal Gov..Depending where you reside, CBP is there to enforce entry and exit from a U.S. Jurisdiction…My situation is independent of yours!

Hello, do you mean Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) via Department of Homeland Security (DHS)? I ask because I have proof of false testimony from one of their agents in my case. My lawyer is working on post conviction relief but not a civil law suit.

I currently have lawsuits against a State Attorney General as well as against the U.S. Customs Border Protection acting commissioner, primarily based on Civil Rights Violations……

I have personally funded some of the costs and the remaining balances of the costs associated by the 3 Law Firms that represent me are on a Pro-Bono Status…thank you Jesus!

It is a long process, BUT Subpoenas are being conducted…..

I do not think the political leaders in Brevard Co are capable of recognizing a constitutional deprivation of rights. They are so mixed up on so many things. I guess having a full-time job and working as a commissioner makes it difficult to do your homework properly. I am hoping a newspaper will recognize the problem here.

The fly in that ointment is that the DOJ consistently and repeatedly violates the rights of registrants on behalf of “the people.”

But I’m all for complaining to them. Flood their office with complaints, if for no other reason to show their inaction regarding complaints of registrants.

Cool. A complaint needs to go to the county as well, of course. They’ll have to find a location where all citizens can attend. Otherwise, they need to be sued.
