Both while I was there and after I left, I was told that the majority of the inmates in the camp where I did my time was predominately people who would be on the registry if/when they got out. There were those who were profiled because they didn’t look like the average inmate, and the rest who could talk the talk and look the look of a tough guy and put down on the rest when they had similar charges.
