This is very important!

The state of California has approved a tiered classification system moving from a simple lifetime registry as Florida has right now as well.

It will be the standard 1, 2, 3 levels as most states consider simple possession of child porn to be a low-level crime which would be tier 1 meaning that after the time goes by you can be removed from the registry.

However, California is going to classify those child porn possession as a LEVEL 3 crime with lifetime registry!!

Currently those individual are not even listed online as they represent no risk...so why are they being bumped up to level 3?

This is just one example of how we are screwed even when their is supposed progressive change. BEWARE
