Remeber that the Federal courts ANd the Georgia Suprme Court handed the state thi backside in like 2010. Only NEW convictions are subject to all fo the crazy restrictions. If you were convicted before say 2003, then you have pretty much no restrictions other than just having to register, at least until you get removed. The aded crazy restrictions come in in phases depending on when the laws were passed. Depending on when you were convicted, Georgia has some of the most draconian and most slack restrictions in the country. I would say that it is a very good thing that the Georgia Supreme Court has a much broader definition of what constitutes ex post facto under state law than the 11th Circuit apparently does.]]></description>
