When is ‘enticement’ going to be made a crime? I do not go to the beach…I can get fly bit and sweaty in my own backyard without the travel and having to clean sand out of my car…but I saw a piece on the news yesterday taken at the beach. I cannot believe how women dress…or undress…in public nowadays. I would think they would be embarrassed but apparently not. Knowing how humans are ‘wired’, I would think that such ‘dress’ should be an ‘advertising for sex’ crime. What is our society coming to?

Even if Senator Bimbo managed to get this bad law repealed after it inevitably backfires, the information will be out on the Internet for life thanks to private registries like HomeFacts or those extortion websites.

You’d think she’d understand how the average American feels about their personal info plastered all over the Internet given how Senator Bimbo claimed my posting of her home address online was a “death threat”. (She was using her home address as her home base for her dubious PAC, and I merely republished what was a matter of public record.)

No, Senator Bimbo, you can’t easily undo what’s plastered online, you know, like your daddy’s DUI arrest, or your daddy’s conviction for Fraud, or his conviction for illegal campaign contributions, or the fact you are still pocketing GEO Group blood money, or the fact you are still a primary reason Broward and Miami-Dade County has a unique homeless registrant crisis. No amount of lawsuits and restraining orders can silence the truth.

If I sold…scented candles…I would love to have a list of people who have purchased scented candles in the past. Likewise the database proposed is a valuable tool for increasing profits for sex trafficking. Legislators understand that if sex trafficking increases by 15%, convictions will increase by 15%. The legislature’s are funded by ALEC money. Members of ALEC include Keefe (more crime, more profits selling inmates commisary), Securus (more crime, more profits selling phone calls to inmates), Walmart (more crime, more inmates to make clothes to sell). Needless to see why private prisons fund ALEC owned lawmakers.

How about registry of closed settlements for wrong doing by the government and other professional who pay their way out at tax payers, share holders and employee expense. These are far worse of a life infringement.

There are men willing to pay for sex because they lack confidence in approaching women. How does this make them dangerous? If anything these individuals are opposite from being dangerous. They look for mutual agreements. They are not out raping anyone. They are paying for a service to someone who is willing to provide it.
The dangerous people are those who are carelessly and recklessly making big decisions about other people’s lives, like this, and it’s all done for their own benefit. They don’t really give a damn about anybody but themselves. Anybody who ignores reality and does things like this should be closely monitored. They are the ones who are likely to be the dangerous ones.
If they were really interested in addressing the human trafficking problem, they would, and it would clearly show. They know where to look and what needs to be done. There’s just too much money involved for them to want to do away with it.
