Sadly, many courts have upheld the “Administrative fees” for registering. So we get retroactively added to the registry (At least I did) then make someone pay for being forced to register?

Someone along the way got into Grandma’s liquor cabinet on the county council and came up with just another punishment or hardship for those who are forced to register.

Does anyone know what became of that? Am I going to have to take money with me the next time I renew my registration?

Most new laws where you force someone to move because of the new restrictions have not held up to the courts.
Pretty soon we will all have to move to a cave to be left alone.
