They’re going to strike it and rewrite it. Taking all the legal challenges back to square one. The predate registrants will come off, as they should & should have never been on.

Wasn’t this whole 6th circuit thing already decided against Michigan?

The SOR originally was formed with good intentions, but turned into a monster. So many people were put into a “tier” that they shouldn’t have been assigned. So many families have suffered because of the crazy restrictions placed on the so called “offender”. Common sense and realistic restrictions on “no threat” persons is about to change. Can’t be soon enough!
