What is more pathetic is, the most powerful group of people in the United State, the Supreme court, is afraid to give us the relief and rights were are offered in the Constitution. Furthermore, they need to have the guts to speak the truth, that the registry is as punitive as probation, in some aspects and dangerous enough to put our families at the risk of violence or worse on a daily basis.

I do not remember reading in the constitution that if you make a mistake, you are banished for life at certain places, venues, locations, etc. After all, many of us have been off sanctions for decades without any violations or arrests. I wonder if any of those people think they are perfect and what secrets they have in their own past or even currently.
