Finally, KYMA has made some corrections to their original stories. Use Jacob’s link above. I have sent numerous emails, including the blitz yesterday and a letter to the FCC. I am now going to send more emails thanking them for their efforts in making a wrong situation a little better. I can tell that the station is trying. (I am having to ignore some of Ms. Umphress’ statements, though.)

I hope that the statistics quoted in the comments by RM and others, along with the research, are sent to Ms. Umphress and others involved with this story. it is very important to let them know how incorrect and skewed their facts are.

I have already sent 2 emails to the NBC website in New York City to report errors in their reporting. I am going to send a third one, suggesting that now that the news story is back up, perhaps it is time for the FCC to get involved.
