Karen. Thank You for doing the research. For some time I have been very suspicious of the situation. It just doesn’t add up. As I’ve commented before . I hope more investing is done.

The story of what happened to Lauren. Interesting to note that (and please I am NOT saying that Lauren was not abused {I have no idea} ) this is one of those cases that seems to have been or possibly might have been based on just Laurens word – since there were no cameras there would not have been any real proof. According to the article the abuse went on for 5 or 6 years and by then Lauren would have been around 16 or 17. There was no trial – Waldina Flores took a plea for a reduced sentence (originally it was going to be 10 years, but Ron insisted it be 15. So, we do not know what type of evidence there may have been, but we know this type of story well – her lawyer told her to take the plea. The record would show admission because of this but we all know that is not actually the same as a confession. Also well to mention – I have searched for any statements made by Flores and I have not found any.

Another interesting article about Lauren where she admits she wanted attention when she was young – not in relation to her nanny but instead because her parents were absent. That is what drives Ron – GUILT.

Here is the best page I have ever found about the Books – scroll down and look at the left side menu – with sections entitled corruption and criminal investigation there is a lot of info to be had. I am curious what has gone on with that FBI investigation.

One thing seems clear – no one has ever questioned Lauren’s account of events. It is clear that most people just believe it (and it may be true) but I cannot find any evidence that anyone ever questioned it.

I know this is awful to say but here is an article about the violation of probation (while Flores was in prison) – scroll all the way to the bottom and you will see that supposedly Lauren wrote to Flores and sent her money. Of course, her dad said it is because Flores manipulated her. I sure would like to see those letters – I would also like to see an interview with Flores.

I’ve been saying this since 2008. A decade later, i feel that way more than ever. There has got to be something there.

One can easily understand why he gets his panties in a twist when someone uses actual facts and statistics to challenge his and professional victim daughter Lauren Book’s generalizations and lies about people they have never met.
